First full day out in the big apple! My friend Kristen has to work, so she drops me and her friend kevin off in the city to do some exploration.

Kevin was an excellent tour guide whose tales of his traveling misadventures and his strong Irish accent kept me well entertained all day.
Trying to conserve some money, we check out many of the free sights, such as Central park, Times square and of course the local break-dancing troupe.

After a long day of being very touristy, we stop for some drinks, with friends and reminice about the good old AmeriCorps days...
I thought there weren't anymore FAO Schwartz?
ReplyDeleteno apparently it'd still there with the giant piano and everything. However Hancock's friend Kevin said it was all different and everything was in a different place. so I don't really know
